These Product Listing Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") govern the requirements and conditions for publishing, displaying, promoting, and selling products and services on the livemarket24 platform ("LM24"). These Rules apply to all Sellers, Suppliers, Manufacturers, Distributors, and other business users of the Platform.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Sellers are responsible for all published content.
  • Listings must comply with laws, Platform policies, and these Rules.
  • LM24 may review, edit, suspend, or remove non-compliant listings.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Listings must contain accurate and complete information.
  • Include product name, description, specifications, model, brand, origin, price, availability, images, warranty, certifications.
  • Misleading or false information is prohibited.

3. PRODUCT IMAGES

  • Images must accurately represent the product.
  • Sellers must have rights to uploaded images.
  • Images must not infringe IP, mislead, contain unlawful content, or unauthorized logos.
  • LM24 may remove non-compliant images.

4. PRICING REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide accurate prices and update pricing/inventory promptly.

5. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS

The sale of the following categories is prohibited:

  • Illegal and counterfeit goods.
  • Stolen property.
  • Products that infringe upon intellectual property rights.
  • Fraudulent services.
  • Sanctioned, prohibited, or dangerous goods.
  • Products that promote illegal activity.

6. RESTRICTED-ACCESS GOODS

The sale of medical devices, food products, cosmetics, chemicals, regulated goods, and products subject to export-import controls may require additional documentation.

7. CERTIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE

Sellers are required to comply with applicable law. LM24 reserves the right to request documentation regarding conformity, quality, origin, laboratory testing, safety, or authorization for sale. Failure to provide such documentation may result in the removal of products or restrictions on your account.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Only publish content for which you have the rights. Copying other users' product listings, infringing on copyrights, misusing trademarks, and selling counterfeit goods are prohibited.

9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Keep your inventory data up to date and promptly remove items that are unavailable for order from your storefront.

10. PLATFORM MODERATION

LM24 reserves the right to monitor listings, request the correction of errors, suspend or remove product listings, restrict accounts, and verify compliance with the rules.

11. SELLER'S LIABILITY

Sellers bear full responsibility for the quality, safety, legality, and accuracy of product descriptions, as well as for customer claims, and agree to indemnify LM24 against any associated costs.

12. VIOLATIONS

Violation of these Rules may result in the removal of listings, the blocking or restriction of an account, the termination of the agreement, or the referral of information to law enforcement authorities.

13. CHANGE OF RULES

LM24 may make changes to these Rules. Updates take effect from the moment they are published.
