These Product Listing Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") govern the requirements and conditions for publishing, displaying, promoting, and selling products and services on the LM24 platform ("LM24"). These Rules apply to all Sellers, Suppliers, Manufacturers, Distributors, and other business users of the Platform.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • 1.1. Sellers are responsible for all published content.
  • 1.2. Listings must comply with laws, Platform policies, and these Rules.
  • 1.3. LM24 may review, edit, suspend, or remove non-compliant listings.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 2.1. Listings must contain accurate and complete information.
  • 2.2. Include product name, description, specifications, model, brand, origin, price, availability, images, warranty, certifications.
  • 2.3. Misleading or false information is prohibited.

3. PRODUCT IMAGES

  • 3.1. Images must accurately represent the product.
  • 3.2. Sellers must have rights to uploaded images.
  • 3.3. Images must not infringe IP, mislead, contain unlawful content, or unauthorized logos.
  • 3.4. LM24 may remove non-compliant images.

4. PRICING REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide accurate prices and update pricing/inventory promptly.

5. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS

  • Illegal products, counterfeit goods, stolen property, IP-infringing products, fraudulent services, sanctioned or prohibited goods, dangerous goods, and products promoting illegal activities are prohibited.

6. RESTRICTED PRODUCTS

  • Medical products, food, cosmetics, chemicals, regulated goods, and export/import controlled products may require additional documentation.

7. CERTIFICATIONS AND COMPLIANCE

  • Sellers must comply with applicable laws. LM24 may request conformity, quality, origin, laboratory, safety, and permit documents. Failure may result in removal or restrictions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Only publish content you have rights to use. No copying listings, copyright infringement, trademark misuse, or counterfeit products.

9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • Maintain accurate inventory and promptly update unavailable products.

10. PLATFORM MODERATION

  • LM24 may monitor, request corrections, suspend/remove listings, restrict accounts, and verify compliance.

11. SELLER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Sellers remain responsible for quality, safety, legality, accuracy, and customer claims and shall indemnify LM24.

12. VIOLATIONS

  • Violations may result in removal, suspension, restrictions, termination, or reporting to authorities.

13. CHANGES TO THE RULES

  • LM24 may amend these Rules; updates take effect upon publication.

By publishing products on LM24, Sellers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Product Listing Rules.
